This lab isn’t built around a fixed lineup or long-standing product families—it’s designed for constant evolution. One Piece at a Time exists as a platform for experimental builds, limited runs, and rapidly iterated designs that reflect ongoing exploration rather than static offerings. Products may appear, change, or disappear as ideas develop and new directions emerge. This approach allows each concept to be pursued without constraint, emphasizing innovation over permanence and ensuring that every release represents a moment in an active, ever-progressing design process rather than a final, unchanging destination.
Every design developed within the lab is grounded in rigorous engineering and verification. A full suite of advanced simulation tools is used throughout the process, including detailed 3D mechanical modeling and magnetic field analysis to refine performance before a prototype is ever built. Once realized, each design is thoroughly tested and validated in-house using a Klippel KA3 analyzer, ensuring that real-world performance aligns with theoretical predictions. Taking this a step further, every individual unit sold is independently Klippel tested, with its measured results included alongside the product—establishing a new standard of transparency and accountability that sets this lab apart from conventional production approaches.
